BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON THE DANGEROUS CULT OF HYPERIANISM

There is a concept of “natural justice”. LexisNexis says,
“What does Natural justice mean? It refers to the basic fundamental principles of fair treatment. These principles include the duty to give someone a fair hearing; the duty to ensure that the matter is decided by someone who is impartial; and the duty to allow an appeal against a decision.”
Lynne McCafferty said,
“A note detailing the duty of natural justice in adjudication, namely that each party has the right to a fair hearing and the right to be heard by an impartial tribunal. It explains that an adjudicator’s breach of the rules of natural justice may include bias and apparent bias, a failure to act impartially or a procedural irregularity.”
Natural justice is what justice OUGHT to be like, and very rarely is.
For example, it’s natural justice that you should know who your accuser is and exactly what they have accused you of, and be able to respond to any evidence they furnish, or additional accusations they make.
This makes ANONYMITY staggeringly problematic in terms of natural justice. When a person is allowed to make accusations of crime anonymously and have their complaint presented in a very strange way (so as to maintain their anonymity), it presents huge difficulties for the accused and their capacity to properly defend themselves. There is also a fundamental breach of natural justice in the very concept of anonymity of complainants since it is as if their complaint is automatically taken as valid (and is not a false and malicious complaint, as it could easily be, with the malicious complainant hiding behind anonymity and actively weaponizing that anonymity to mount their false and malicious attack), and that means there is automatic bias working on their behalf.
In natural justice, the subject of the complaint ought to be in the position to FULLY understand and respond to the allegations made against them, and that is IMPOSSIBLE when the complainant is anonymous and their complaint cannot be presented in its full form (because it would reveal who they are). By natural justice, it ought to be impossible for people to be allowed to make anonymous criminal complaints against others. It provides scope for bad actors to make speculative, damaging criminal complaints, knowing that there is a very high chance that they will get away with it – because, right from the beginning, they will be treated as if they are making a valid complaint, and automatic biases will work on their behalf.
The Offence Police – the WOKE – are ultra keen on making anonymous complaints against all those they brand as “haters”, “bigots” and “Nazis”. There is now enormous fear in the world of art because artists are terrified of offending various groups and being canceled and deplatformed. They know anonymous complaints can be made against them at any time.
When Corey Rebhahn (Morgue Official) made complaints against the AC website to get it canceled (twice), we were never told who had complained about us and what their complaint was! When we put forward our case to get the AC website reinstated (twice), we were not responding to any details of any complaints. We simply stated that we knew that Rebhahn had done it (and we had leaked screenshots proving it) and showed what a deeply sinister and disturbed individual this man is, and that was sufficient to see Rebhahn’s false, malicious and ridiculous campaign against us overturned.
Last summer, Apollonius was contacted by phone by an FBI Special Agent and told that “someone” in California had made some sort of complaint against him, and Apollonius was then subjected to intrusive, ridiculous questions, implying he was an armed and dangerous radicalized terrorist. He was never told who complained and exactly what the complaint was – a total breach of natural justice.
The FBI – a disgusting group of arrogant, entitled maniacs – SPECIALIZES in breaching natural justice and trying to intimidate those that come to its attention. It tells you that you will be prosecuted if you lie to the FBI, yet it won’t even show you what you are attempting to defend yourself against. You could EASILY fall into what THEY CHOOSE to interpret as a lie as you desperately try to work out what you have been accused of and by whom. It’s totally ridiculous.
Let’s give you a clear-cut example. RJ, who was caught up in the same complaint as Apollonius, did in fact inadvertently tell a “lie” to the FBI because he had no clue what he was responding to. He was told he had been accused of making the infamous POTUS comment. RJ had no idea what the Vancouver detective was talking about and emphatically denied ever having made such a statement. It turned out that RJ DID say the POTUS comment and, to that extent, he had LIED to the FBI … a FELONY!!! But, of course, RJ HADN’T lied. What he had done was FORGOTTEN – because the POTUS comment was a silly, trivial bantering comment from over two years earlier, and no one on earth can remember their banter from over two years ago.
But do you see that RJ COULD have been arrested for a felony BECAUSE of the completely bizarre way he had to respond to the complaint made against him … where he was never shown the actual complaint?! Had RJ seen Rebhahn’s IC3 complaint, he would have known exactly what he was dealing with and been able to respond accordingly. The POTUS comment, we now know, was falsely and maliciously appended to RJ’s resignation message, and RJ would have seen that instantly and been able to make extremely serious counter-allegations about Rebhahn doctoring evidence. As it was, RJ was made to look like a liar and lose credibility – all because of how poisonously Rebhahn’s complaint against RJ was manufactured and never shown to him. RJ was SET UP, totally contrary to natural justice. In every way, the complaint was handled as if was certain that Rebhahn was telling the truth and RJ was a dodgy criminal – exactly what natural justice would prevent!
Why wasn’t RJ simply shown the complaint against him, as natural justice demands? Because the FBI and the VPD are ENEMIES of natural justice and automatically take the side of bad actors (malicious complainants) because those bad actors are WOKE and the Woke are always to be 100% believed even though they are compulsive fucking liars and incredibly seriously mentally ill. But they can howl “bigots”, “haters” and “Nazis” at the top of their voices and present themselves as victims belonging to “protected groups”. And this is exactly why Wokeness must be utterly crushed … and will be. In every conceivable way, it opposes natural justice. It makes “justice” all about the feelings and chosen, exotic identities of complainants (professional victims) – which is no way to conduct JUSTICE.
To this day, neither RJ nor Apollonius has seen Rebhahn’s complaint against them. They had to defend themselves against a malicious set of smears without ever being shown them. What’s just about that? There is no justice here, with the Woke FBI and the Woke VPD.
Wokeness is a CANCER and must be cut out. It places EVERYONE in jeopardy of Woke maniacs – and they are ALL maniacs – capable of making false accusations at any time. That’s the essence of cancel culture. You cancel ANYONE who offends you in any way. And the WOKE have weaponized complaining. It’s their cowardly creepy SUPERPOWER, the superpower that only the lowest of the low … the LAST MEN … would ever deploy.
RJ was placed in an impossible position. The POTUS comment was the essential evidence against him, the evidence which had caused the police to be hammering on his door – yet he had no memory of it (because it was years old). How can you defend yourself against ancient, forgotten comments that have been lyingly claimed to be current comments?
If RJ had been shown where Rebhahn got this comment from, RJ would have been able to respond accordingly. As we know, RJ then found the actual source of the comment, where Neogenian Moderator – the criminal, drug addict, and sex pervert PHILLIP SHOPE – said much worse things and where it was proved that the comment was years old and mere banter, such as people all over the world engage in.
Consider what Jonny Depp said to Paul Bettany about his then-girlfriend Amber Heard in 2013:
“Let’s burn Amber!!!”
Bettany replied,
“Having thought it through, I don’t think we should burn Amber – she’s delightful company and easy on the eye, plus I’m not sure she’s a witch. We could of course try the English course of action in these predicaments – we do a drowning test. Thoughts? N.B I have a pool.”

Well, whether you like it or not, that’s BANTER. It’s not a crime. You can’t report Depp and Bettany to the FBI and claim they are unhinged lunatics and armed and dangerous radicalized terrorists.
Banter, often cruel and sadistic in tone, never has been and never will be a crime … although the Woke have other ideas, of course.
Anyway, imagine if RJ had been sitting in front of the VPD detective with all of the POTUS screenshots, explaining them perfectly, in their context. Things would have gone very differently, and the half man Corey Rebhahn would have been arrested for making a false and malicious complaint. But RJ was denied that natural justice because of the DISGRACEFUL way in which Rebhahn’s complaint was presented to him, breaching every conceivable tenet of natural justice. And it’s exactly because natural justice was so flagrantly violated that Rebhahn has thus far got away with his crime. He was protected by UNNATURAL JUSTICE, by the erroneous assumption that he was acting in good faith and was not a bad actor. And this is increasingly built into Wokeness and cancel culture. These mentally ill people can scream down EVERYONE. They are Woke fascists! They must be DESTROYED. For the sake of everyone else. So that normal people can live normally and speak normally.
But here’s the curious thing. Even the ridiculous FBI and VPD did fleetingly consider the possibility that Rebhahn was a bad actor.
Let’s go over the evidence for this.
So, at his interrogation, RJ totally denied ever having made the POTUS comment. Therefore, if there never was any POTUS comment, Rebhahn was in very serious trouble – for inventing evidence. And we KNOW that the FBI, no matter how inept, did actually challenge Rebhahn to produce the POTUS screenshot.
Here’s a comment we made last year:
It always pays to read texts closely. So, we’ve noticed something curious regarding the former mod’s notorious POTUS message. In the original message from two and a half years ago, the former mod referred to the “current POTUS” in his screenshotted message, but in the VPD detective’s notes, the reference was to “the ‘POTUS'”. This is odd. Why would the word “current” be omitted? … The absence of the word “current” raises the distinct possibility that the Corey gang did not actually show ANY screenshots to the FBI. Instead, they simply wrote down what was in the screenshots, but then deliberately or accidentally missed out the word “current” (and maybe many other things the former mod said in his resignation posts!). It would make sense for them to write out what was in the screenshots rather than show the actual screenshots because it would make their fabrication of evidence easier, and avoid all the problems with the POTUS screenshot having to be heavily doctored and removed from its original context. Also, it would explain another mystery: why the former mod wasn’t simply shown the POTUS screenshot. When he said he didn’t say any such thing (he couldn’t remember having said it two and half years earlier!), he could then have been shown the screenshot to contradict him and put him under pressure! But that never happened, implying that no screenshots were ever provided! This is really important because everything hinges on those screenshots.
Also, if the original screenshots had been shown, it would have been revealed that Rebhahn said to the former mod, “I sincerely hope your message doesn’t mean that you support them after what was written in that book.” Rebhahn almost certainly wanted to avoid that comment being seen by the FBI because it instantly provides MOTIVE for a malicious complaint to the FBI! (i.e., getting revenge for this book that criticized Rebhahn).
Also, Rebhahn and his criminal gang would not have wanted to draw any attention to the following comments in the former mod’s resignation:
1) “I leave with the utmost love and respect for you all.”
Those are not the words of a crazed would-be presidential killer!
2) “Morgue. We put in so much of our time and energy into Hyperianism and you kept us in the dark while I believed we were still in league with the PI.”
This clearly reveals that the former mod thought that Morgue was a traitor to the PI (which of course he was!), and clearly establishes that there was a relationship between Morgue and the PI and that Morgue had gone ROGUE. Morgue wasn’t being targeted by any “hate” group, he was being treated as traitorous trash.
We now believe that Morgue wanted to acknowledge no historical relationship between Hyperianism and the PI and instead wanted to present the AC/PI as a hate group and terrorist group that had somehow chanced upon Hyperianism and was now targeting it.
Rebhahn’s whole narrative falls apart if this matter goes back five years and more! There was no sudden “hate group” alighting upon Hyperianism. This was in fact a very complex situation regarding one group (Hyperianism) deliberately betraying its parent (AC/PI) in order to provide a cult vehicle, a very lucrative one, for Corey Rebhahn. That’s definitely not what Rebhahn would have told the FBI!
So, Rebhahn said on September 16, 2022, “So stupid. It wasn’t fabricated and we have the screenshot which I provided to an FBI agent.”
The original complaint, we know, did NOT contain a screenshot. And THAT MEANS that if Rebhahn did actually later provide the screenshot to the FBI (actually, Rebhahn is a pathological liar, so we can’t be certain that this event ever happened!), it MUST have been as a direct order from the FBI to prove that RJ did actually make the comment.

This is critical information. The FBI use “agents”. The police use “detectives”. This implies that the Canadian detective who spoke to RJ did in fact talk to Rebhahn after all. We always said that were expecting all of the Rebhahn gang to be interviewed. It now looks as though only Rebhahn was interviewed. But he kept that incredibly quiet, didn’t he?! As always. Never reveal anything, right Rebhahn?!
Rebhahn says he sent the detective “a document containing hateful quotes from the PI books”.
Yeah, and we send everyone all the hateful quotes you have on your facebook page and on your Terrors of Men website! We can all play that game!
It’s easy to guess what “document” Rebhahn sent to the detective – his insane MESSAGE from last August where he quoted from our NOVEL “The Armageddon Conspiracy” – except he would of course have omitted all mention to the detective of the fact that he was quoting FICTION! This degenerate pervert Rebhahn lies COMPULSIVELY AND TOTALLY.
Natural justice of course demands that WE should have been allowed to reply to Rebhahn’s defamations and smears. We were given no such opportunity. In fact, we were never contacted about ANY OF THIS. We only know about it because of what happened to RJ and Apollonius.
Let’s sum up what happened. Rebhahn made a poisonous, false and malicious complaint to the FBI alleging that we were a neo-Nazi hate group, committed to terrorism, and that we had radicalized RJ and Apollonius and turned them into unhinged assassins who were imminently about to go on a shooting spree to murder Hyperians, “Woke liberals” … and POTUS! Rebhahn, a delusional maniac who doesn’t even know what gender he is, did this to get revenge for “Without the Mob, There Is No Circus”, to try to get us shut down so that we could no longer blow the whistle on this sick, degenerate, perverted cult leader and egregious plagiarist, to preserve his evil cult, to make himself feel powerful (able to manipulate and command the FBI), and to fuck over RJ and Apollonius for having walked out on his cult and supported us!
Remember what Rebhahn said to RJ:
“I sincerely hope your message doesn’t mean that you support them after what was written in that book.”
Last year, we said, “And, self-evidently, this message ALSO has never been seen by the FBI and police. Because it provides instant criminal MOTIVE for the Rebhahn gang’s fraudulent complaint to the FBI. It tells everyone, straight away, that Rebhahn is extremely aggrieved about THAT BOOK … and seeking revenge. It means that he regards anyone who supports that book as a legitimate target. And RJ immediately became a target. He was a target BECAUSE he supported the conclusions of the book. Not because he was really some unstable and violent person. He was to be complained about because he served as a proxy for David Sinclair, just as Rebhahn later tried to sue Karen for defamation, with Karen serving as a proxy for the AC. It’s ALWAYS really all about David Sinclair and the AC! And people like RJ, Apollonius and Karen got thrown under the bus as Rebhahn and his gang tried to strike back at David Sinclair and the AC. Never forget that these people actually canceled the AC website and launched a massive smear campaign against David Sinclair and the AC!”
These are the hard facts. Rebhahn lied through his teeth to the FBI.
But notice that – AFTER RJ’s INTERROGATION – Rebhahn WAS asked to “prove” the POTUS comment (which RJ had denied making) and was also asked to “prove” that we were a hate group (an idea which RJ had ridiculed).
Let’s sum up. An insane complaint was made by Rebhahn against RJ, Apollonius and us – and it TOTALLY FAILED. Here we all are, just as before. No criminal proceedings were brought against anyone. So, Rebhahn’s complaint was provably WITHOUT MERIT. It was FALSE.
The question then was whether it was without merit and false AND malicious (done in bad faith) or NOT malicious (i.e., done in good faith). And it is crystal clear now that what happened last September was that the FBI concluded that Rebhahn’s complaint against all of us was WITHOUT MERIT, but they also concluded that Rebhahn DID NOT ACT IN BAD FAITH (and they based that on the POTUS comment (which was totally doctored, as we know) and the list of “hate” comments by us (which were totally cherry-picked from TWENTY MILLION controversial, illiberal, radical words by us in our trademark incendiary books!).
So, the FBI CLOSED this case last September, and never told a single fucking person. Another disgraceful breach of natural justice since no one ever knows they have been formally cleared. This is TOTALLY KAFKAESQUE!!!!
Hence, all the things we did since last September were POINTLESS given that there was no active case. RJ was GHOSTED by the Vancouver detective because there was no open case, and neither the detective nor the FBI wanted to revisit this absurd case where they were manipulated by the pervert Corey Rebhahn, a deeply sinister cult leader of an extremist cult of queers, campaigning against and hating all normal people.
Therefore, our task is now to get this case REOPENED and have the doctored evidence of the Rebhahn gang – Corey Rebhahn, Phillip Shope, Susan Mitchell, and Alexandria Torgensen (who uses the alias Jan Erikson) – formally investigated. To this end, our side has written to the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s LOS ANGELES field office (Rebhahn’s local office and probably the one that actioned his sick lies), the FBI’s Special Agent in Vancouver (the one who briefed the VPD on what to do against RJ), and is preparing a formal complaint about the FBI’s conduct in this matter, which will be sent to the FBI’s BOSS – the Department of Justice (DOJ). We are going to weaponize COMPLAINING – you know, exactly like the WOKE cunts do. Fight fire with fire.
Basically, the FBI concluded that none of Rebhahn’s victims had been badly impacted by his meritless complaint, and that Rebhahn couldn’t, given the “evidence” he had provided to them, be considered a bad actor acting in bad faith. But that’s EXACTLY what he is, and so far – due to the total ineptitude and possible corruption of the VPD and FBI – he has gotten away with it. He has duped the system.
Our side will do everything in its power to get this matter reopened – ON OUR TERMS THIS TIME – and get ALL FOUR of the Rebhahn Gang brought to JUSTICE. We seek everyone’s help in achieving this goal. Let’s make sure that these four criminals do not get away with this! It’s an intrinsically good act and productive use of your time to see CRIMINALS facing Justice.
We know we are up against extremely hostile, malevolent groups that detest JUSTICE – the POLICE, and the FBI – but we shall keep pushing forward. They will make a movie or a Netflix documentary about this in years to come! They really will. And people will be ASTONISHED by how much effort it took to see justice finally done.
