The Freak Philosophy

BLOWING THE WHISTLE ON THE DANGEROUS CULT OF HYPERIANISM

FROM THE CITIZEN JOURNALISTS OF THE AC

Does a person who enjoys being a freak inevitably preach “freakism”, the freak philosophy? And who might be drawn to a freak philosophy? Curious, open-minded people might take an interest, at least for a while, but of course freakism will hold most appeal for … freaks.

Who are “freaks”? Well, they are those who struggle to fit in with normal life, the mainstream. Many of us may dislike many things going on in the world, but we can get on in society without too much difficulty, with very little “friction”. Other people have lives full of friction. They are the marginalized, the exotic, the outsiders, the anomic and anarchic (those incapable of conforming). Such people are extremely receptive to those delivering a message for the “freaks”, and of course they will only take the message seriously if a Freak Messiah is delivering it. They have a delusional belief that freakism can make their life easier, can make them more accepted. In fact, it will just confirm them in their freakishness, and make them even more freaky and incapable of interacting with the normal world.

The big task is to change society from being overly conformist (David Riesman highlighted the tradition-directed, parent-directed and other-directed as all being desperate to “fit in”, at the expense of their own agency and autonomy) OR underly conformist (anomic, freakish) to being AUTONOMOUS, meaning that people can rationally switch in and out of conformism, i.e., they can fit in with “normality” when needed, and step away from it if they need to protect their autonomy. Of course, if 100% of people were autonomous, “conformism” would be very different from how it is in a society dominated by the tradition-directed, parent-directed and other-directed.

An online article says, “A thin man with long blond hair and eyeliner burst through faded crimson curtains, revved a power drill over his right nostril, and began to shove it in. Screams rang out from a crowd of about 300 gathered on Venice Beach boardwalk as the drill sank into his nostril, followed by cheers as he carefully extricated the 4-inch drill bit. Then the man, known only as Morgue, reached into a pocket and withdrew a shining metal meat hook.”

What message is such a person inevitably going to deliver? – FREAKISM. Rebhahn is none other than a professional freak, someone earning a living from freakishness. He is defined by the freak aesthetic, and everything associated with being a freak.

Freaks, back in the day, made their living in formal freakshows – just as Morgue did. Today, thanks to Patreon and the predatory capitalist influencer industry, freaks can go on YouTube and Facebook, and so on, and be freaks for small, intense groups of freaks, gathered from all over the world. If they can find a few hundred freaks willing to spend their money on them, they can now make a very good living, like millionaire Corey Rebhahn.

Thanks to the internet, the West is splintering more and more into tiny, fanatical communities where people can surround themselves with those that exactly share their “freak”, their fetish, and so they make even fewer compromises with mainstream society, with normality, and thus become even less able to conform. They feel great when they are in their “freak community” with their fellow freaks, and then even more depressed when they interact with the non-freak world where freakishness is not welcome except as a circus act. The freaks always go on about “community” and their terror of losing their community. What they mean is that they have become addicted to being with like-minded freaks. But this freakishness is actually hindering their lives, not improving them. People are doing massive damage to themselves by joining anomic freak groups, and then engaging in the total fantasy that their anomic freak group is going to “shape the world”. It isn’t. But the internet now allows more and more people to retreat into fantasy, and be supported by fellow fantasists sharing the same fantasy. This is all part of the total atomization and fragmentation of society. The collective, such as it is, is disintegrating into mad little individuals and groups, all furiously “self-expressing”, which is code for manifesting their total anomie, and incapacity to take part in the collective world and to support the collective. Negative liberty is everywhere!

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “The performer known as Morgue, for one, is used to those sorts of [freak] insults. Morgue is a ‘shock artist’: His act involves stunts such as drilling himself in the face with power tools. Clad in head-to-toe black, Morgue, who declines to share his age, has luminous pale skin and long, white-blond hair. Nobody pays him much attention here on the Venice boardwalk, where the atmosphere is right out of a carnival.”

In a place full of freaks, such as Venice boardwalk, Morgue didn’t stand out – which must have totally pissed off this pathological narcissist!

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “Morgue, who grew up in Montana, says people there would drive by and yell out, ‘Freak! Vampire!’”

A normal person would make sure to come across as normal, and save dressing up as a vampire for Halloween, or parties with their friends. But, of course, the “self-expressers” have no attention of restricting their freakishness. Instead, they demand that the world allow them to say and do and wear whatever they like at all times. I mean, have these people never met humans? The normal world will NEVER be dictated to by the abnormal, and, if you don’t get that, you’re going to have a very tough life, full of friction. Yet Morgue, the cult leader of Hyperianism, actually preaches that the world must bow to him and his freakishness, and that this constitutes “hyperawareness”. What it constitutes is negative liberty gone absolutely insane.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “Raised in a conservative Christian household, Morgue says, ‘I felt like I was broken or defective, because everyone else was doing this thing, but I had no interest in it whatsoever.’”

So, the world has to change because of Morgue’s feelings, because he didn’t fit in, and moreover made no attempt to fit in, and had no interest in fitting in. But, hey, the whole world ought to revolve around Morgue, right?! Why does the world refuse to be hyperaware of what Morgue wants?!

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “These days, he takes it as a compliment when anyone is jostled by his existence. Being a freak is something to be proud of.”
This is the gospel of a totally anomic person. And Rebhahn is making hundreds of others anomic too via his anomic cult of Hyperianism.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “He’s a philosophical sort, and what shocks people is sometimes shocking. Often, it’s the little things that freak people out. ‘For example, I do a thing where I hammer a nail into my face?’ he says. The audience all but yawns. ‘Then I pull it out and lick it. And that shocks them. They’ll gag and scream.’ He shakes his head. ‘It’s like, are you serious? Really? That? It’s very confusing to me as to why that is.’”

Morgue gave up being very confused by the world and instead decided to tell the world it was very confused if it did not agree with his anomie.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “At a time when political correctness and diversity training are the name of the game, a classic freak show can seem like an anachronism.”

The irony! In fact, political correctness and diversity are now all about celebrating freakishness and demanding that everyone celebrate freaks and freakishness. Except they’re now to be called “normal”. That’s what Wokeness is all about – designating abnormality as normality and demanding that everyone agrees. Wokeness is the inversion of the reality principle, and we see the anomic Hyperian cult preaching this total hatred of “old” normality and demanding its replacement by “new” normality, aka abnormality. But you simply cannot demand that majorities obey minorities, and that’s why the culture wars have erupted.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “Or, at the very least, redundant. The Internet, after all, is basically one big freak show.”

Exactly. And everyone is being made anomic, abnormal and freakish. What changes the world for the better is the collective action of the workers, and this is now being rendered impossible by “freakism”, the philosophy of people celebrating freakishness and “self-expression”.

Hyperianism, led by a total narcissistic freak, is one of the very worst cults. If cults like this succeed, the interests of the working class will be totally fucked. These Hyperian-style cults are bourgeois, pop-up communities for weirdos. Absolutely nothing they say or do could ever be of value to the working class and the working-class struggle against the super-rich elite. In fact, as we know, the super-rich elite actively back Hyperianism and love its anti-working-class freak gospel of extreme individualism, the weirder and freakier the better.

Working-class solidarity is impossible while such decadent, degenerate cults exist. When have you ever heard the freak cult leader of Hyperianism promoting the working class? The only time he meets the working class is when they are serving him in swanky Hollywood bars!

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “But Todd Ray, the founder and driving force of the Venice Beach Freakshow, rejects the idea that there is nothing left in the world to marvel or wonder at.”

There’s plenty to marvel at. Who needs freaks and weirdos?

There’s nothing wrong with unusual people (well, most of them!), but you cannot arrange society around their idiosyncrasies. That’s total insanity.
Gendy Alimurung wrote, “It was Todd Ray who recruited Morgue to the show. The Montana native had been working as a street performer on the Venice boardwalk.”

What is this Montana bullshit? Rebhahn is a Californian native who was in Montana for a few years.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “Ray was instantly intrigued. ‘When I heard he was swallowing swords, I thought, “This guy, he keeps taking it next level,”?’ he says. ‘I told him, “You gotta come in. This is where you belong.”’”

Rebhahn certainly belongs in a freak show, or a formaldehyde jar. He’s taking it to the next level of hyper-shitism.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “The Venice Beach Freakshow Is Taking Back a Word That Used to Be an Insult.”

“Freak” is still is an insult, regardless of Woke political correctness.

Gendy Alimurung, “Last year, the classically inspired circus sideshow known as the Venice Beach Freakshow made the leap into reality TV.”

That’s Hyperianism for you – a circus sideshow.
Gendy Alimurung wrote, “As reality shows are, essentially, modern-day freak shows, AMC’s Freakshow is a concept squared.”

All of reality TV – which has had an extraordinarily damaging impact on the West – revolves around freaks. In particular, pathological narcissists … like Corey Rebhahn, a sword swallowing weirdo desperate for attention, adoration … and loads of money.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “But unlike the surgically enhanced Real Housewives, say, or the insane pageant moms of Toddlers & Tiaras, the cast members of this unscripted series have made their peace with the term ‘freak.’”

Made their “peace”? They’re militantly DEMANDING that the world celebrate them. Haven’t you ever listened to Corey Rebhahn’s Freakism ideology – all about the freakish, androgynous master race?

Rebhahn’s “logic” is that humanity will be “hyperaware” when it embraces and celebrates freaks, and especially the androgynous. You do wonder sometimes whether Rebhahn knows a single thing about human history and psychology.

Humans are carnivores. Humans, like so many animals, are killers. In fact, they are the apex killers of this planet, and the normal have so often preyed on the abnormal. Anyone who thinks that humanity is going to turn into pacifist herbivore vegans and be ruled over by the abnormal ought to see a psychiatrist immediately. That’s fucking even madder than Christianity! Yet this is exactly what the cult leader Corey Rebhahn preaches with his demented Hyperian cult. If your leader is a nutjob, so are all of you who follow him. 1 + 1 = 2.

People can dream all they like about what future humanity will be like. If you want to impact the humanity that actually exists, you had better tune into THEIR psychology, not yours. They ain’t listening.

Want to know where Morguey Boy got his freak ideology from? It was from the Freakshow, surprise, surprise.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “‘We have a freak philosophy,’ Todd Ray says. To his cast of performers, ‘freak’ has come to mean something unique, out of the ordinary. ‘We don’t want to be the next Real Housewives of New Jersey, or whatever,’ he continues. ‘We don’t want to be anybody but ourselves. For us, “normal” is the bad word. It puts people in a box. It causes people to struggle with their identity. Because none of us are the same.’”

That’s the exact shit Rebhahn peddles.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “He waves his arm at Morgue, who likes to swallow a metal billiard ball, then follow it with a sword, then upchuck the ball again. ‘I mean, every time he does it, I feel like he’s an alien,’ Ray says; Morgue smirks.”

The smirking alien – that pretty much sums up Rebhahn.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “Being a freak is something to be proud of. Being normal? That’s the thing to avoid.”

That’s the Hyperianism sermon. Hyperianism is a hate group campaigning against normality.

Gendy Alimurung wrote, “A few months ago, the freaks even staged a sweetly hokey funeral for normal, with a casket that Morgue and others carried like pallbearers. Hundreds of people watched as they chanted, ‘Say no to normal!’”

And nothing has changed. Rebhahn says “No” to the normal, to normality. This weirdo freak has literally zero chance of persuading the normal world of anything. The Hyperian cult is full of weirdo freaks. These people live in a fantasy world where weirdo freaks become the stars of the show, i.e., THEY are in charge. Man, these people have totally lost touch with reality. And countless other Woke cults are springing up, equally disconnected from reality, and pissing off the entire normal world. When you preach a message that is 100% going to alienate the normal population, you are going nowhere fast.

That’s why we are more and more interested in a Mythos that can serve our message while getting normal people onboard (and all the sensible members of the “abnormal” community who know they must work in tandem with the normal if they want to have better lives).

Suzette Alberti said to Morgue, “How can you describe yourself as a world shaper with a straight face? You’re a money grabber exploiting vulnerable minds. You are everything you claim to despise. The OWO system performs flawlessly for you. You are fleecing your ‘flock’, oh woke Jesus. Also, if you are so traumatized by RTS why do you continue to churn out videos related to Bible content? It’s like you can’t shut up about it. How is this shaping the world? Well, it’s shaping your world, anyway. Isn’t that all that matters to you. Savor the flavor Woke Jesus. Tick Tock.”

YUP!

STOP SENDING THIS GUY MONEY.

Anyone who gives this guy money is collaborating with his super-rich donors and declaring themselves Enemies of the People.

Whose side are you on? Stand with the working class. The world of the super-rich is collapsing. When their shitshow ends, the working class must at last assume total control!

The working class must be on the side of the reality principle. Humanity is defined by normality. For sure, normality must be changed (in particular, we need a new, Autonomous normality), but it will never be changed by anyone far outside the Overton Window of normality. That’s reality!

Reject Freakism. Reject Hyperianism. Reject the pope of freaks, millionaire cult leader Corey Rebhahn, voice of the Woke super-rich elite.
