Let’s face it, anyone would take one look at Hyperianism and think it was a cult. The very first Hyperian red flag is the appearance of its leader. We paid the price for ignoring that red flag. As has rightly been said by others, the task is to learn to see red flags much earlier, and not to ignore them.
However, you need to manage to hold on to an open mind, or you will become a crazy conservative, closed-minded towards everything except the distant past!
We have heard people who say they are living in their car (!) apologizing to Morgue because they can’t afford to give him any money! These desperate people obviously all understand the game – you win Morgue’s favor and “love” BY GIVING HIM MONEY. There are several women – you all know who they are! – who actually compete to send Corey the biggest super chats. We once saw a livestream where the whole thing ground to a halt because one woman who gave a $100 super chat and then didn’t hear Morgue’s lengthy praise for her (the bigger the super chat the bigger the praise – you know how it goes!), so everyone had to wait until she had replayed the video and heard herself being praised. That’s Hyperianism in a nutshell. It’s all performative.
Another woman, who says she doesn’t like any attention (!), gave Rebhahn six $20 super chats over the course of a livestream so that her name got mentioned six times and love lavished on her six times, with increasing intensity. (And this is supposed to be all about “getting the message out there”! – What fucking message other than giving the grifter Corey Rebhahn more money?!) Why didn’t the woman just give Rebhahn $120 ONCE. Because then she would miss out on the whole game of flirting with Rebhahn and winning his love and validation and approval, and performing to everyone else and signaling her “virtue”.
Remember, it’s all a show. Everyone is performing. And the game is to get as much money as possible to Rebhahn.
Remember when Wrath said he was never sent the sword Morgue was supposed to give him? Well, Morguey Boy has lately been sending out those iron-cross-studded N**i swords like hotcakes. Glad to see that you’re improving customer service, Morguey Boy. Are you rehearsing for all the “favors” you will have to do in jail? Are you fantasizing about it now? Maybe it’s a dream come true for you! Maybe it was always your plan!
Just think, Corey, in prison you will be meeting the working class for the first time. What an amazing new experience for you! But no more salmon and sushi for you. They don’t do shadow days in Cell Block H.
